Warranty and Returns

Warranty Policy

TOUGH MAMA offers Lifetime Free Service Warranty which covers all TOUGH MAMA products. This means there is NO service/labor charge when servicing defective unit.

• Our 1-year warranty covers electrical and mechanical parts, for ALL TOUGH MAMA products except CLOCKS and ELECTRIC AIRPOTS, from the date of purchase if the product is deemed to be defective against workmanship.

• We also offer 2-years warranty for CLOCKS and ELECTRIC AIRPOTS.

• In case of claim, kindly present the warranty card and official receipt together with the product to any of our Authorized Service Centers.

Note:
NO Receipt, NO Warranty. Customers shall be automatically charged for the replacement of spare parts if there is no receipt/sales invoice (for proof-of-purchase) presented.

Warranty does not cover damages due to negligence or misuse of the product, mishandling of plastic parts & peripherals/accessories.

Warranty does not cover transportation and communication expenses therefore these will be shouldered by the customer.

Returns Policy

Return of merchandise by the customer shall be allowed but subjected to the following conditions:

• The item should be returned within seven (7) days from date of purchase at the branch where the item was originally purchased.

• The item should be returned with complete tags, labels, and accessories (box, styrofoam, plastic, etc.) with no defect or damage except for items with visible factory defects or defective against workmanship.

• Should be supported by a proof of purchase such as Sales Invoice or Official Receipt.
